how about an update?

i didn't manage to get the last 240 i found, as some ***** offered slightly more cash for the car, so it was sold to him instead.

i DID find another one about 3 hours from here and am currently negotiation payment.

heres my game plan -

1st - new wheels and tires
can't drive around on factory, it just doesn't look right
this baby needs some nice shoes to grip (probably 18in)

2nd - suspension
adjustable shocks with a good set of sport springs, dropping this puppy about an inch all around

3rd - air flow system
intake, header, exhaust system
this will take some research to find what works best as a whole combonation. bpu is the goal at this stage

4th - new clutch and flywheel
more power leads to more slippage, not to mention the engine begging to rev faster. this will also takesome time to research.

5th - sound system
we all know a good car needs good tunes!
alpine head, some jl speakers and a single idmax for the thump
amps to be decided on later.

this car will NOT, i repeat NOT contain any really gay "fatf" style mods. this will remain strictly tasteful and respectful to all 240 owners

heh heh, well, with all the nice performance goodies your adding to your ride, I give you permission to put in some "fatf" mods. Personally I don't think that they're bad, to each his own, but its those people that put on a body kit and think they're fast and drive like an *** that disrespect fellow car owners.

Good luck with your search and plans.
