I need help with my HKS exhaust.

Hey, I just put my HKS catback on and it keeps smacking against something. It's kinda annoying. All the hangers are in the right place and everything is tight and all..but it keeps smacking something. It's the 85mm Hi-Power HKS catback btw. Any input?

I think its actually that little clip thing on the rear. Its like a 1/2 half inch away from my tip and there is a little scuff on the tip right below the clip. Can i take that thing off? I think all the clips on the car look kinda ****ty..but that might just be me.

dude, theyre on the back of every 240..ever. Its right above your exhaust tip. It looks like a clip, like one you would use for a rope harness or something. Its hard to miss. Ill take a pic tomorrow if you dont know what I'm talking about.

Toe Hook

It's your toe hook. You can take it to a shop and get it cut off. But it might suck when you need to get towed. I got mine hacked off for the same reason. (My HKS Hiper cat-back)

DId you fix this? I had a problem with my apex exhaust hitting the differential. Make sure the bolts are tight on the catalytic converter.

yeah, i think my catback is hitting my diff too Theres a a couple scraches in that area of the piping. Anyway I can fix that? I figure to solve my toe clip problem is just cutting it..theres another one on the other side. Lol. I've got a leak right there by my test pipe and thats pissing me off. All the gaskets are there and good. Id hate to have to rehang my exhaust because its slightly skew
