o.k i have a 90 f/b with a red top sr. now my problem is that when i open the ignition all the warning lights on the dash turn on, now the problem is that unless i turn on the car and then take out the key the warning lights on the dash still turn on. so i cant listen to the radio or take a cd out without having to turn on my car. thanks guys.

Isn't that how its supposed to be? No power unless the car is on, or do you mean the car has to be running?

 

if i open the switch i have to turn on the motor in order to cut the power that makes all the red lights on the cluster turn off. if i dont start the motor and just close the switch and take of the key all the red lights would stay on
