I'm a retard...oil mishap

Um, I just made the stupidest mistake. While changing my oil, I accidentally grabbed a bottle of 10w-30 and 10w40 at the same time and now there are two different grades in my engine. Is that bad? Can I drive around like that or should I drain and refill again?

It's not too harmful, but it's best to stick with one type of oil. You shouldn't blow anything up.

I just drove around with it like that. It's been ok so far. 10w30 and 40 are not too much different. Some people told me that it just mixes.

So you are running 10w35. No need to get carried away. Just change when you are supposed to and get just one type.

Has anyone pulled a vacuum on their car yet? I got one done on the 240 like three weeks ago when I found no oil in the car.

I would change it, I worked at valvoline for a year and a half.....and I would change it, I could feed you a line full of **** of why, but just change it when ever....its not going to blow up or break down anytime soon though so.....but better be safe than sorry.
