Injector Harness
I'm not really sure where this should go, so pleae move this thread as yall see fit.
Anyway. I've been tracking fuel probems for a few months now (leaning out & missing). and yesterday installed another new injector into my ka24e. When I started it up it was missing BAD. I looked over my install (it was right). and on some wierd impulse, wiggled the injector harnesses a bit. And there was the probem. somehow I've got a bad connection in the connectors. The one that was messed up was the one injector i ahven't replaced yet (the last one is already on order & will be here next week).
I called the stealership about the harness and they wanted 400 for a new one. There's no way i can afford this (or a new engine.. so don't say 'time for a swap'). I was wondering if anyone had another idea for me? b/c i'm fresh out of ideas.
Thanks

I would try to find someone with a car they are parting out , and have them cut off the injector wiring clips with as much wire on them as they can. When you get the clips, just get out your soldering iron, cut the old clips off, and solder the new ones on. Just make sure you solder them good, and tape the connections well. That would be about the easiest thing I could think of.
