Interior color change
So I wanna change my interrior color...right now, it's black (as are most 240's stock) but I'm getting my exterrior painted yellow (unless I change my mind) but I wanna change my interrior color. I figure it would probably be cheaper to "DIY" but I wanna do it RIGHT. How do you suggest I do it? What kind of paint? Coating over top? Primer?
I just need some answers plz

i would not suggest painting the interior... take it to an upholstery shop and have em do it right... they can overlay vinal over the factory panels... lasts lots longer and wont chip or scratch with time... this is a job that is better done the right way not the wrong way... as far as the plastic parts... they will have to be painted... no other way to change the color... i would suggest any good plastic paint... fusions works well ... if you are changing to a lighter color then i would suggest scuffing the surface with a scotchbrite pad and then applying a coat of light color primer... as with any painting... make sure that you clean the part with a good solvent first acitone works the best... then use soap and water to was off any residue from the acitone...
