It's OFFICIAL!!!

I said it wouldnt be long until my stock S13 was modded and through the grace of God, you guys and my fellow local Va tunerz, the process has begun. First I replaced the stock struts and shocks with KYB'S. Next I lowered her about an inch and a quarter in the rear and front with TEIN H-Tech springs. Brembo blank rotors and Axis pads were added on next. NGK Iridium spark plugs were dropped in. Lastly a set of Ebay front and rear struts bars were set up. Oh yeah, I have some H4 projectors coming in this week to make night vision better.

Wow, what a overall difference this has made. The handling is unbelieveable, especially for an auto. Cornering no longer is a problem at all. I actually embarrassed a 2001 Honda Civic Ex(manual) a few days after mods were done. I wasn't trying to race at all, but I guess he felt he had something to prove to his boyz.. Better luck next time, chump...

Next on the list of mods:

Cold Air Intake, Clears all the way around, Sway Bars, Wheels, Wide Body Kit, Custom Paint Job, ETC..

I'll try to have some pics up soon... Later

I agree. Sweet stuff man, I'm still running stock, lol. Only mod I've done was cut the stock air box to allow more air flow. Sounds beefy, and thatv was yesterday, lol. But I agree ith Hyjynx, the clears aren't that clea of a look on it. Depends on the color. But do whatever you wish is best.

I appreciate the support guyz...As far as the clears all the way around, that will be a last minute decision...The car is red right now, which I dont really care for, but like I said before, got a great deal on the car. Possible color change- 1. Black, 2. Olive green w/ bronze flakes, 3. Carolina blue. If I dont paint her black, I want a color that not too many have...Any other suggestions???

One of my boyz has a Super Hicas that is in pretty good shape. Only prob- blown engine... So to me, it would be best to keep that car manual and leave my current auto for the time being...Of course I can always change my mind about the auto to manual swap.. Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on some TEIN tie rods?

I think he;s going about it the right way. Footwork first, then performance. I mean, he has an intake on the shopping list.

Good suggestions..As far as performance, intake(injen or aem) and cat back exhaust (apexi) will be added on within the next 2-3 weeks...I still would like some more feedback on color schemes as well..
