Question Just bought a 92 240sx and need some info

I have just purchased a 92 model 240sx naturally asspirated and need some info:
what sort of HP does it have?
what sort of performance numbers would I expect?(0-60 & 1/4mile)

p.s. my other car is a 350z and the SX was bought for AutoX and to practice drifting in

hey there....i'm gonna try to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge but someone else can feel free to correct any mistakes i might have made...

the '92 model of the 240sx is bone-stocked at 155hp and is expected to run a 16.5-17.0 in the quarter mile.

p.s. how much did you pick it up for? You own a 350Z?? i'm very jealous...i envy you...

155 hp and 160 lb/tq, actually should run about 16.3-16.7. Pretty sure the '92 model is the lightest of all 240sx. Take out spare tire and jack and back seat and you could make up a little time also.

An auto would run high 16's, and a stick with a good driver should be able to run 15.8-16.2.

Taking out the spare tire and jack and back seat would save you maybe 60 pounds, thats not even .1 of a second in the quarter mile bud.

240's have great stock suspension, however you'll want to upgrade it to autox and drift it. Must be a difference in hp going from the 350 to the 240! but RWD, both good choices!

89-90 240s had the KA24E motor. Which is a SOHC and rated at about 135-140HP i think.

91-98 had the KA24DE motor. Which is an updated DOHC version.
