Ka to Ka swap, crank no fire...

Is there any specific I need to look for... Here is the issue. Cranks but no fire. I'm sorry, but don't have much more info than that. Other that I still need to swap out the Auto throttle sensor, for the 5 speed one.

Are there any common problems for this issue, besides spark and fuel? I am also not 100% sure that the timing is correct, how do I set it on this car?

BTW, still have to get the driveshaft unbolted and stuck back into the trans.

Oh yea, and WHAT oil do I put into the Trans on this car? I've heard 3 different things. ATF, DexIII, and 75-90 Gear oil.

Get all Sensors and hoses installed before trying to Troubleshoot. As far as Trans. goes best results personally have been 1 qt. BG Synchromesh for Cold Trans. problems. 1 qt. Motul 75w 90 gear oil for Hot Trans. problems and Penzoil 75w 90 Synchromesh or Redline MT-90 to top off.

Automatic and 5-speed have a Different throttle body sensor. Swapped that out today and it fired right up. Gotta finish installing everything tomorrow (basically the cooling system), and then I'll be driving again tomorrow.

BTW, how hard are the driveshaft bolts to break free? We didnt' unbolt it when we swapped the engines, just pulled the engine and let it slide out of the trans. Have to unbolt that tomorrow, and put my shifter back in.

Oh yea, can I fill the trans on this car though the shifter before I reinstall the shifter?
