Ka24dehead on a ka24e block?????

Question Ka24dehead on a ka24e block?????

Hey i have a 1990 240sx and it has the stock ka24e in it and over this summer i wanted to put in an sr but now i want to just rebuild my ka and i want to kno if a ka24de head would fit on my ka24e block????

The Ka24de has the Ka24e block. Just different pistons.

there was a guy floating around that did it, or atleast did..

the bolts line up, but the oil feed is diffrent and requires you to drill in the KA-e block..... AFAIK

like what kind of drilling and i will still need to get a ka24de ecu right? and what about the compression?

I have the exact same question too. well I wouder how much it would cost. and do we need engine crank for this project?
