Just curious - what's the hangup with KG/MM springs?

You do realize that it's just a different measurement of the same thing and can be converted to lbs/in, right?

kg/mm is a brand of springs, not just the measurement system they use

Where can I find the brand? Whenever I've seen them mentioned, someone says I have <brandX> kg/mm springs. It's like saying I have Eibach 200lb/in springs on my rear coilovers...

If it is a brand I'd understand better. Has anyone found this brand yet?

if you're getting springs, just get ST.

Trust me.

well then don't bother getting kgmm springs

they're hard to find, they're overpriced, and they lower the car too much. If you *MUST* get kg/mm get SR21. Do NOT get DR21 unless you wanna invest in a short stroke front shock.

What do you do with your car? If you have a legitimate need for upgraded suspension, you should just get coilovers.

i'm sick of everyone telling me to get coils. i just want springs. if i start a thread about springs, dont go off and talk about coilovers. i don't care if they're better.

i want about a 0.5-1 inch drop from some stiff *** springs. so far i have only found the ground controls, but i don't want to pay $400 and i don't need height adjustment.

duz anyone know the spring rates for sportlines and/or ground controls.

get sportlines.. they drop you very nicely.. prokits barely drop you.... i would suggest sportlines if u are just thinking about springs... i have them on and i aint complaining... handling is off the hook.... 210 most places... enjukuracing.com....

If you're loking for .5-1" drop, you do not want the Sportlines - they lower the car over 2".
