Leaving the scene
Leaving the scene
well, the 240 has just become too small for me. my 240 had 200k miles on it. one of my classmates wanted the car and offered me $1k. i checked kbb.com it listed my car for 500 so I was like sweet! he will pay double its worth! so I took my savings and bough me a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. So i am getting out of the scene, gotta focus on family. i will probably still hang around for awhile though.
Yeah dude, there's a time for everyone and everything, you'll probably find your way back eventually but for now, only you know what you have to do. I'm just glad you're happy dude.
Good stuff!
Family always comes first. . .

damn i i know some poeple have to change cars sometime but dude cherokee was a bad idea small bad on gas and not reliable. i work at an independant shop and thats one of the most cars that come in.
well that's cool. I'm trying my best to hold onto mine. If someone offered me like $12k it would have to go though
I love this car so much but I could really use a more practical vehicle now (sedan/wagon). I want an ls400 really badly

4banger turbo, or V8 for 6 grand more and a few more dollars a month for insurance because the corvette is a 2 door. Chevy actually reduced the price on all 2009 corvettes because of the posibility of chevy filing bankruptcy.
2005 sti's are cool, but the new sti's are just straight A$$ looking, I can't stand a wagon, reminds me of a family car, and I already own a beefed up all wheel drive Nissan murano.
Best bang for your buck if you want handelimg and performance is an FX45, with coilovers, it already uses the ATTESA skyline GT-S suspension.

we will miss ya vinnie, but hope you stick around to still give some advice, you were one of the few guys that was hangin in there with an all motor build like mine!
p.s. sounds like a lot of you guys daily drive your 240 yes? i picked up a '98 civic a few years back (for $4,000) so that i wouldn't have to daily drive my track car , and just started getting into the "ecomod" craze with it a few months ago, stock avg 37mpg, now up to avg 39mpg (its nice to fill up for $19
) just a suggestion that i'm sure many of you have thought about before...
ok, back to to missing vinnie...

LOL..... ALL MOTOR FOR LIFE
Well that is until Nissans release of there electric cars that are coming out in 2010.
If you think about it, we will be modifying and building electric coiled motors and changing out $5000 lithium battery's.
Not this guy, just like how I'll never go diesel . . .no thanks, I like my engine to perform at something other than stump-pulling. Thanks!
They would literally have to make it law that all cars must be electric for me to leave petrol. Won't happen.
