Actually, the center line of your low beam cannot be lower than 22", nor higher than I think 50 some odd inches. and then your frame rails under neath cannot be lower than the lowest point of your rims. Mainly, they measure the height of the low beam (no lower than 22").

I'll include pics of most of the tests they run on the street and at the BAR ref's shop.

it would pass (barely) at stock height. I think Nissan just didnt want too many different types of the same car. to be more cost effective ya know what I mean?

Also, the front and rear of the car can't be more than a certain distance apart. My uncle got a ticket in his Nova because the rear was too high in comparison to the front of the car.

Well if thats the case then nissan is retarded. Less parts on the assembly line, and flip ups suck, makes me feel like I'm in the 1980's all over again. My girlfriend hates the silvia front end, but I love it more than 80's flip lights f#CK CHUKI's, my car isn't the MutherF#*kin Knight Rider!!! YADADAMEAN!!!!

i think after lowering my car about 3" it still passes because the pop up lights are a bit higher than normal. if i remember correctly they were at 24" last i checked.

defiantly something people need to know for daily driver applications.
