Looking to buy, rust on back of trunk

Hi, i am complety new to Nissians, i'm more into Toyota and Honda, but thats why i'm here. I found a 93 240 SE for sale, it has 130,000 miles on it and the guy is asking $3200 USD. It does have a bit of rust on the back hatch (i will include a pic) How easily could i get ride of this?
What sort of things would need to be done at this milage?
Could some one give me the specs for this car?
HP?
Weight?
Engine DOHC or SOHC?
Engine size?
Timing BELT or CHAIN (when needed to be replaced)
0-60 time?
(I realize that if i searched for a while i could find these answers, but i just hoped that those who know the answers right off the top of their head could help)

And any other info you'd like to share

wow i thought mine had alot of rust! well first off you are gonna get hasseled about not searching. i dont know alot about the specs of a 240 off the top of my head but this i do. it is a dohc 2.4L and around 145 hp. performance of the car will not be what it was when it was new so there is no way to say what 1/4 mile time and hp will be. i think that the guy is asking a little too much for it (ok way to much). how about a full pic? the easiest was to get rid of the rust is to just replace the hatch. on mine, i bought a fiberglass piece that will fit perfectly on the back part. as for maintenance, its just like any other vehicle.

Canadian 240?

1)Replace the hatch with one from the junkyard. A 89-93 hatch will do.
2)Just like any other car, Major tune up.
3)Check the FAQ section
4)It's a timing chain

Yes it is, how did you know? Plate?

The price is actualy $4000 CAD, but he said he could go down to $3500. I'm starting to get serious about it know. There was kinda a mixed opionon on here about whether or not it was a decent price. Is it or not?
The guy said that when he first got it he drove to a city 3 hours both ways every weekend, and that put most of the clicks on. He's about 45 years old so he probobly wasn't beating this thing. And he did'nt drive it much it the winter, but some how the truck got all rusty. Underneath there is a little bubbling rust, (like the under edges of body pannels) and there is a little bit of rst showing in fenders.

What do you guys think?
(i also think i have a good chance to be the only buyer, it took me 2 weeks to finaly get him at home, after 4 phone calls (he works late), and many visits to his house)

I just paid $3800 for a 1991 240sx. It has a bit of rust at the back but not as bad as that. Seriously $3500 is a really good deal in Canada for that car.
