MAF Voltage

Ok I've been haing problems with running rich and I've tried everything I could think of . I finally got ahold of a voltage meter and check the MAF . Here's where I need help . The FSM says when ignition is on without car runnin it should read 0.2 to 0.4 volts . Mine reads 2.3 which is fine . The FSM goes on to say voltage when the car running and warmed up should be 1.0 to 1.4 volts , but mine's more like 0.86 . So the question is , is my MAF bad ?

It shouldn't read that high with ignition/engine off. What led you to check the MAF voltage? There's other things you should be checking too IIRC
