i know all of you will say " go and try it and find out" but i just want to see if anyone has had experience. my ka24de with 126k, injen cai, apexi n1 catback & 2.5 inch test pipe. vs my friends base model rsx with aem cai, tanabe racing medallion and a 2.5 inch test pipe also.

my guess is that RSX might win........but let's all hope for the 240sx

remeber its a base model RSX. the 240 has more torque and should have more hp than the RSX.

RSX
Horsepower: 160 hp
Max Horsepower: 6500 rpm
Torque: 141 ft-lbs.
Max Torque: 4000 rpm

91'-97' 240sx
Horsepower: 155 hp
Max Horsepower: 5600 rpm
Torque: 160 ft-lbs.
Max Torque: 4400 rpm

but i'd think 240 will win cuz of the torque power, but RSX has top speed

It'll definately be a good race. Close. But I have a feeling that the RSX is going to come out the winner. It's much lighter, more hp, and plenty of torque. It'll be really close but I think the RSX will come out the winner.

oh yeha they have 160... stil i have beat cars with 165 vs my 155, it just i have torque to push me along

I thought the base RSX had 140HP? Don't forget also guys that the KA Jonas is running with has 126K on it. While it may still be strong, it most definitely doesn't have that new engine pull the RSX has. Over the long haul the RSX will win, but I think you'll beat him Jonas.
