i want to do some mods to get a little more out of my KA24DE. hoping to get a new job soon and would like to add some power and/or increase engine life. anyone have a list of cheap (<$500) mods that can be done without much knowledge of the car? i'm fairly good at wiring and understand electrical stuff pretty well, above that i dont know too much mechanically.

 

Injen Intake or Ebay intake with a K&N filter if you dont care about name brand, Iridium spark plugs, Ngk spark plug wires, thats all i can think of that would be easy to install without knowin the engine fully inside and out.

 

A major tune up
Air filter
Custom made exhaust

 

I was/am thinking about cold air intake anyways. I definetely want to get a full tune up done on it.
