my s14 climate fan/blower is not running, anyone know the reason? Think it failed and need to be replaced? My heat and AC works but no forced air comes out. I need the location of the blower anyone know?

 

If it doesn't blow at all, it's either the switch or the blower motor itself. If it blows only on "4", then it's the resistor unit attached to the blower motor.

The blower is under your dash, in the passenger footwell. If you're electrically savvy, download the FSM wiring and HVAC manuals, they have the test procedures well laid out...
