I probably could sue them but it might be a lil to expensive to be worth it. So far I have been able to get the ecu, cas, and tb for a descent price. but I should get reimbursed for the ecu by the company.

well I talked to the salesman of Japandomesticmotor.com and he swears he shipped the ecu with the crate. Well see, if he reimburses me ill gladly take down the pics and leave him with positive feedback. But after I talked to him it didnt seem like he wanted to help.

OMG d00d....I'd be so pissed. hit the newspapers, call the news...contact a lawyer and get some free legal advice at least.

Get the advice, and then contact the company and let them know you did so just to hear them **** their pants. I'm sure it'll help you out alot.

hope everything works out for you m8.....

your handing it alot better than I would, heads would be rolling if I were you

Well I had a pro drifter stop by my house and he said the motor doesnt look bad and you get what you pay for. I just want the guy to actually send me what he said he would. He should be taken off as a verified vendor. Maybe put back on as Beware of Vendor.

Well Canada is a lil far of a drive for me. Also it will hurt him more if he gets back publicity on the forum hes actually advertising on. I just dont want another kid to end up doing what I did. I saved up just enough and now i have to outsource to get the parts to make the engine run. Not to mention a 2nd job.

Wow seems like all of the guys in PA are getting ripped off. rapanett last month I ordered a Greddy turbo kit for an S14, (was going to custom adapt it to my S13) off ebay. Yeah nothing was ever sent to me. So I called up the dude on his phone and worked out what I thought was a deal to have him send me a money order for the full refund. Yeah no refund was sent so now I have to pursue action through paypal, and reported him to the police about internet fraud. Still have not seen a nickel of my money back. It owns.

Sorry to see your troubles man. But yeah like the guy I'm going after lives in Massachusetts so like to get him to court would cost more than I lost to him. So I would have no gain.
