no one's going to sponsor a car that looks like something that came straight from the junkyard! lol. Sponsors want a car that looks as sweet as it ride.

Are you gonna go online to all the forums and ask for sponsors? lol

I agree, unless like a body shop or body kit company sponsered you. If you win, and support there products in anyway, your good for a sponser.

Dr. the driver gets sponsored not the car. Little tip.

Cars break and the sponsorship contract is still in effect. You just get another car.

I agree 100% with you, but my point is this, who's gonna sponsor a car with dents and no bumper? From a business prospective, is that what you want people to remember your business by? I bet he's a hell of a drifter and I know he's better than me, I'm not debating that one bit, completly irrelevant good sir.
I'm sure some people have, but every sponsorship I've ever seen the car has been remarkably clean.
But hey, I could be wrong, and I never said I wasn't.
If he gets a sponsorship, awesome for him for getting help to do what he loves to do. I merely wanted to state to help sell(get) his sponsorship, looking good does help.

that is all.

You are totally right. There is a mixture to the whole madness. The driver/owner's personality also is taken into effect. Some people can just will money and contracts into their posession.

I like your car. Nice siggy.
