Newbie ? about 240s

I'm thinking about buying a 95 240sx se. I've been a Honda man for about 8 years now and I dont really know much about Nissans, but I've always been a fan of the clean looks of 240s.

Here's the car: 1995 240sx se, 120,000m, auto tranny, 1 owner.
there asking $4000

The cars never been wrecked, and the owner says that the only thing she's had replaced is the water pump and tires. My question is how much more life does this car have? i'm not looking for something to go fast, im just looking for something that will last me for several more years. my 95 civic has 230,000, can i expect this with this car? is there anything major that may go out soon?

i think the only issues you MAY have with the car would be rust(if there is any)
the upper timng guide should be removed.
check compression
and you may have to rebuild the rear calipers if you always park it with the ebrake on after a hard ride.

it'll last a long long time......if you take care of it

good luck
