I know those length adjustable strut bar are flimzy but how about the non-adjustable one (those that look like Cusco)? Has anybody try them out? How's their material and construction? are they more rigid? Thanks

Yeah get the more durable pieces they got on ebay.
Basically just a high-end knock off piece but gets the job done I guess.

Its just a piece of pipe ya know.

I got the TCS brand and they look just like cusco and have the inner cross section that makes it more sturdy, if those have that inner cross section than I would get it.

like everyone else said just to reinforce it...you really are just using a metal bar but you need it to be a little bit more solid

I forgot the members name, but he gave me the link to a guy who sells strut bars that do the job very well. Front and rear cost him only about 70 bucks shipped.

I have the link if want to check the guy out on ebay.

As requested:

http://stores.ebay.com/Toys-Auto

His stuff is a great deal, plus if u buy two separate parts (you end up buying front and rear bars separately) he gives you a discount on shipping. Just ask him before you buy from him.

if you want a cheap nice name brand one tein has one for like 100 bucks pretty thick.....

i had my ebay bar over 4 years now lol... ill upgrade when i got back... i notice a bit of stiffness... but then i drove a 240 with a cusco bar.. this is an considerable amount of difference in the way that the struts travel...

i think ill look up that link that our sponsor posted here for strut bars.. full on video on how a good strut bar performs against a great bar.
