least you're okay. And you've popped your 1st-totalled-car-cherry. Despite your good intentions, it happens to the best of us.

lol .. maybe you guys don't understand. I'm 17, in debt, with a 8.30/hour part-time job.

... i'm taking whatever car i can get. lol I'll work hard all summer, and look for a new project next spring.

Right now the list is the talon, a 1998 Cavalier, and an '88 F150

I'm pretty sure the majority of us have been in those circumstances at one point or another. Try looking for a landscaping job~ they usually pay better than that and you get a free tan. I worked for a summer and was able to save up enough for a decent ride when I finished high school. If you're just looking for a beater/dd~ go find a civic (CRX even). Easy to work on, and parts everywhere in the j-yards.

+1 on the EF civic, cheap reliable fun, youll get a 240 eventually, once u own a 240 you cant live with anything else...maybe upgrade to a 350z...but seems like that wont be happneing anytime soon.

Doesn't matter waht it LOOKS like, it matters what damage is done.

I have found my new car. It is a 1986 Supra MKIII. with a 7mge engine.
