o2 sensor removal
I'm replacing my o2 sensor, but it won't come out of the manifold! Should I just use some vise grips and get it out like that, or should I try to get it out without destroying it?

O2 sensor socket.. using vise will probably strip it and bust your knuckles ...... i did it 5 years ago
if all fails pb blaster or your choice of lube.... dry the outside good to prevent slippage. and use adjustable wrench

a buddy of mine had this issue on his KADE he put massive pressure on it and nothing nothing at all, he ended up heating the car up(letting it run for 10 mins) then as it cooled reeffedddd on it used wd40 and more help hitting with a hammer to loosen it out and so forth takes alot of work if its in there came out soon enough. Also there is a product you can buy that loosens bolts etc from where its stuck, best bet though is to find that socket and go from there.
when i changed mine.. i just turned it with my hands and it came loose haha some dink never tightened it i g uess before myself owning it
