on and off power

on and off power

my wiper,power mirror and radio's power erratically goes on and off,anyone could help? New proud owner of a black 240sx se 1995

sounds like an interrmittant short, possibly bare wire end, or burnt wire.

YOU LIE IT'S NOT RAINING ANYMORE! LOL

Check fuses, if you can replace the OEM fuses (the ones from oh... 1995) with all new fresh ones. You can buy one of those fuse packs with like 6 of each rating for like $8. Just doing this solved a coulple of my problems when I got my S14.

After that, check relays and, harness connections/condition.

Wow.. you actually get rain down there?? LOL. we've only had like 3 or 4 somewhat dry days this months so far and its supposed to rain the rest of the month... tough it out, its only water.. unless its acid rain.. lol...

I saw this in a "pimp my ride" show where the problem was a litle computer that controls the wipers and other thigns like that. now I don't know if 240's have them, or where it is, but they frikign have computers 4 everything. But thats just top of my head for now.

how do you test a relay? I have same problem but my fuses are good.
