for 13 inch rotors i'd get GTR components. it was made to stop a heavier car and you may be able to source the parts for cheaper than that.

Thats expensive...Like Waynehead saud your better off finding donor parts. There are tons of other options...Z32, skyline, hell even 350z (Theres a thread in here search for it).

You can do the fronts for as little as 500 or less. Leaves you money for the rear

Yeah but it is hard to find a 4 LUG big brake. After all fast10ne, I have those nice rims you sold me in 4 lUG..... I don't plan to buy another set and I also have the set of nissan OEM aluminum alloys in 4 lug, I use them for extra rubber when I drift and burn up my tires. The 4 lug for me is much more conventional, economical, and convenient than a skyline or 350z 5LUG rotor and caliper swap.
I looked at the PDM conversion in 4 lug and it almost cost just as much for the z32 calipers. This kit offers wilwood with 6 piece piston calipers, and braided brake lines....... I thought it was a moderately priced well put together kit for 4lug conversions....
So the question is should I keep looking....

this is great, i dont have the money now, but i was in search of a big brake 4 lug kit. i dont want to upgrade to 5 lug for what reason i dont know why ( to be different). but when u look at it like u said vinnie its about the same for a full big brake z32 kit, unless u find a untouch z32 at the junkyard

Yeah and what are the chances of finding a good z32 in a wrecking yard..... Not very likely, in my opinion, they are even wrecked beyond reckognition, or already striped to nothing....

Besides I thought the rotors in that kit were pretty cool wityh aluminum centers. think of how light those rotors are, and the increased braking it will have. Love the slots on the rotors too.......

You can find everything you need in the junkyard, car-parts.com, or autozone (Calipers) for a z32. The only thing you need to do I believe is redrill the rotors and get 300zx brake hard lines (Make sure they are not cut..duh. You can also get PDM-racing hard lines). Its also recomended that you get a 300zx master cylinder.

If you refer to this thread you can see different rotors for different cars and a general guideline of rotors which are compatible with Z32 calipers.

Yeah its the same as a Z32, IIFFF you buy a complete kit from PDM-racing or another company. IMO they charge WAY too much...search around more im positive that you should be able to get it in the sub 600 range...Happy huntin...

O and BigV, I will NOT let you get that kit...I will hunt you done and...er....get your rims dirty

I don't know about that ultimate rotor thread fast1one. I also don't want to drill press z32 5lug rotors and make them into four, same goes for the g35rotors, not my cup of tea. I also don't like the fact that the stock z32 calipers are only 4piston calipers, non stainless steel, and the housings are made of cast iron.
The wilwood comes with 6 piston calipres, made with stainless steel, and aluminum housings. After I read his faqs page I was pretty much sold on the wilwood caliper kit. wilwood was rated one of the top caliper companies this year, even though it isn't JDM TYTE. The faqs page sold me.....

OOOOO...your looking at the six piston...thats a different story. That might be worth it. The points I were making were based off the 4 piston ones. You cant really compare the 6 piston with the z32.

O and by the way, there were two types of calipers on the z32. The iron ones on the FAQ you posted and lighter amuminum ones...

Yeah wilwood is good ****...

Edit: GO ahead and slap me for the confusion

I think that its great, awesome option for us 4 lug guys that don't wanna go 5 lug, if I had the money, and some wheels that would actually fit over them, I'd buy them

^^^offset isnt the real question its spoke design. And I believe you need 16s with z32 and probably 17s for the wilwood...
