Opinions needed.. Should i buy or wait?

hey guys, i've been looking for my ideal 240 for a while now.. well anyways i think i might have found it.. only 1 problem its AUTO. so here it is... its a 1992 240sx SE Fastback Auto. Its Black (color i want). Super HICAS... i haven't checked but she says there's an VLSD, only thing that bugs me is that there's no ABS... don't know if they came like that or not. The car has 190k miles on the chassis... but the motor was swapped for a 95 KA. All the sensors we're kept so basically it has a 95 block. car has some minor exterior damage... but i plan on repainting. She also said there is a small leak somewhere on the heater core. so that will have to be fixed also. So i guess as of now... is not drivable. Oh also the most important part. I plan i'm doing an SR swap ... so i plan to do the tranny at the sametime. All in all... straight frame and no accidents... at least to my knowledge. She's asking $2000 for it. Should i buy it? or wait and look for another 240sx SE Super HICAS 5sp? thanks for taking the time to read this.

for 2k I think its steal. ABS was an option for HICAS models, so its not a for sure thing. The auto is a turn off...but finding a HICAS 5spd is really hard, espically around here.

2000 is on the high end but if it has a good paint job and clean interior i think it is a good idea. go for it and have fun with the swap...
