Progress

So its been a while since I have been on here. A little too long actually. But I finally got my car in the body shop to get some work done. No paint yet, but im having the S15 conversion buttoned up and my hood made. My throttle body will not clear the hood so I have to cut a big *** hole in it. But I am also having the unibody welds redone, the rusted frame rail fixed, and some other little things.

The next time she goes into the shop in a few months to go widebody I will have it painted. Picking a color is the hardest thing to do though.

Pics to come

They dont fit as well in the S13 and because of the trans I used my positioning is a little higher then it would be if it was a T56

The color code for Bermuda Blue Metallic is 26/WA214M with a clearcoat on top, at least from what I can find.

Issues...............

The Raceon USA S13-S15 fenders dont fit. They did not come close to fitting, but with alot of heat the were stretched.

The hood was cut, I knew it had to be, but we are going to place a piece of fiberglass over the vent flare, cut some hood pin holes, and finish it.

As you can see the bodylines from the fender dont match the hood. Its not the hood but the fenders. My hood was tried on another S13.5 with OEM fenders and it fit fine.

Other then that I need to order tires, and install my 5 lug hubs, 300ZX brakes, finish the body, exhaust, interior. But funds are low so what to do first?

I am going to fabricate some brackets and attach hood pins near the strut towers, this will allow the hood to fit the off fenders alot better.
