Pulling ECU codes

I know there's a thread around here somewhere that shows how to pull ECU codes, but I can't find it. Can someone help me? I think I have a couple things going on in my engine that I can't troubleshoot without serious disassembly considering my car is a DD and I use it to deliver pizza. lol.

If that don't help, I believe there is a section in the FSM about codes...

Its all in the FSM. But if you need to know right now then unscrew the ECU so you can turn it around and turn the screw on the back (facing the front of the car when it's in place) till it stops. The LED will blink slow for the first digit in the code number and fast for the second digit in the code.
Here's some of the codes. Theres more but I have to find them.

Yes, but I'm sure it could be bad and not throw a CEL too. Theres a way to check the O2 sensor once you get it out of the car, I'm sure you could find it online. Or you could just replace it since they're so cheap.
