I have a quesiton for you guys, im looking into buying an 89 240 with a dohc ka24de. Thing is, what other things besides the ingine changed from the 89-90 to 91-93 models? Also, i was thinking of bolting on a boostdesigns turbo kit for the ka24de, however will this fit in the 89 shell (im thinking intercooler piping, etc.) Thanks to all!

as far as the body/frame goes, it stayed the same from 89-93...except for the front bumber changing in 91... They added things like LSD, Super HICAS, ABS, and such on models from 91..

So they swapped the ka24de into that car right, you don't mean the ka24e it came with stock?

if the car is already swapped with the DOHC motor everything else should be the same as a 91 and up

yes they swaped a Ka Dohc motor for the stock Sohc motor...

u got a good engine with 1 of the the lightest models/ bodies of the 240s

you're gonna have to relocate the battery for the IC piping.. Either that or get a Miata or a Honda battery, something small that would give clearance. GL
