Questions about buying this car...

Ok im looking at this 1990 240 fastback, its an auto with 112,xxx miles. the front ends been hit pretty bad but i have some pics of the car if anyone can put them for me. the dude wants 500 for it so i wanna know if its gonna be worth it after you guys see what it looks like. Also im planning on doing the sr20det swap so would it be a pain in the *** changing it from a auto to stick?

Might be a great buy but we would have to see the pix. It being hit in the front and all would be a great opurtunity for you to do an s13 silvia front end conversion

along with that, check for frame damage to the front end. won't do no good hanging those pretty S13 silvia or S15 body panels on a twisted up front...

OK well im not really too sure how to post pics thats why i asked if someone could do it for me or tell me, i was on altimas.net for years and never learned how to do it lol. I dont think the frame would have any damage because the bumper wasnt even hit, it was mostly up where the headlights are so those are smashed and the radiator is messed, and whatevers behind the headlights. I dont care too much about the body stuff because like you said im planning on going with the s13 or s15 front end anyway. i just dont know whats really behind the headlights thats valuable.

well, there are two ways to put up pics that i know of. one is to go to the "attach file" part right about "submit reply" when u post and upload it from ur computer (if it's less than 200K). otherwise, get the url for the pic from whatever site hosts it, and use the

[ img] http://whatever.theserver.nameis.com/blah/blahblah/yourpic.jpg[/img]

command. oh, and no space inbetween the first "[" and "img" (i just did that so it would show up and not try to throw up a pic ).

under the bent up hood from the right side, you can see the batterys been hit back a little and the intake pipe looks like its getting hit back too but the hoods barely touching it.

The frame it self doesnt seem to be damaged..is that the bumper support or radiator support thats damaged?
