radiator support???

well my buddy is selling his 89 240 for pretty cheap. the front left has damage to it. under the hood u can see that it bent (i think) the radiator support (bar the goes across the front of the car right behind the headlight). well my coworker said dont purchase it because of that (says a body shop has to use that frame straightner) and my other buddy says it fixable. i am gonna get a front clip from hopefully a silvia. any other solutions?

IIRC, A sivlia radiator support does work...one of my buddies did it to his 240sx.

IF the frame is bent, then don't buy it. It can cause many problems with your alignment, thus causing undue wear on your suspention components. If it's bent just a little bit it won't really matter though.
