Judging by the two hooks on top of the s13 hatch's rear seat, i assume the rear seats fold down. Mine are jammed. The rear seats dont fold down.

I tried pushing down and pulling up on the loops/hooks on top of the seat. Am i doing it rite?

If they really are jammed, is there a way to fix it? Or can someone telll me how to completely remove the back part of the rear seat?

 

You have to pull up on the loops, my best advice is pull as hard as you can, have someone help you so you can pull them both at the same time...
