I own a 94 240sx convertible. Would a rear tower bar fit into this car even though it is a convertible?

 

If the space between the two rear shock towers don't get filled up by the top when it's down, I don't see why not... butthat's just a general opinion, not 100% on that

Actually, I may know the answer.
I ordered a kit that includes all 3 bars for the 1992 240SX.
However, if your car(1995) is like mine (1992), you will find like I did...that there is no room in the back, as the rear towers are already connected by the frame.
