Rust!

Ok sorry if this is on here, i tried searching, but it wouldnt search for nething, idk why.

I recently bought a 1990 240sx hatcback. It seemed in excellent condition, runs great, 138,000 miles, paints not so good clear coat is gone, but mostly the car seemed in excellent shape, no rear wing so no rust there. well my friend and i jacked it up the other day, and theres rust near the sub frame, and we took the emissions off and found a 2 small rust spots in the engine bay. Im taking it to a guy who specializes in import tuning, used to work for US division of signal auto, ima have him check it out and tell me how bad it is.

Opinion though... , if its kinda bad, should i resale the car and find one with no rust, or when i have the paint sandblasted during the engine swap just have the rust fixed, and then have new metal welded and stitch welded in?

idk wat the costs and rust repair are though, ne figures?

no its a rust paint you can brush it on or you can spray it on it bonds with the rust and dries black its paintable and can withstand heat
