alright guys this black lady reverses into my fender/bumper area and caves it in a good noticable amount..now im 17 and have no experience with this..but i took all her info down..plates...drivers license number..adress..etc...and she "left her insurance info at home" ..yeah right..so she gives me a fake number and tells me .."oh call this number and go to a shop and get a quote and ill pay cash to fix it"..l



long story short...
i get hit...lady has no insurance..i go to cops..sthey say its all insurance business since she didnt flea...and i dont have an uninsured motorist policy...i have all her info...any advice on what i should do that doesnt involve costly lawyers"wouldnt be worth it considerin damage"

 

Get a lawyer.
They could garnish her wages from work, if she is found guilty.
