It's a lot easier (and safer) like this:
1. take corner light off and gain access to underside of fog light relay.
2. cut red/blue wire 4" from fog light relay; tape off other end of this wire (the wire that goes to the main harness)
3. run a new wire from the corner light positive [red] wire to the red/blue wire you cut so that the new wire is connected to the red/blue wire that is on the relay.
4. reassemble everything.
This lets you turn on the fog lights only if you got the parking lights on, the lowbeam headlights on, and the highbeam headlights on.
Sure you can't turn the foglights on if the other exterior lights are off, but this acts as a safety so that one day you don't park somewhere and accidentally drain your battery because you left the foglight switch on. Also it's much easier to do because you don't have to mess with the relay ground wire (green/yellow) and you don't have to change the tailamp fuse to a higher rating; you shouldn't change fuses to something higher than specified because it's also a safety feature that lets the fuse blow before wires get too hot and possibly burn (possibly causing a fire) in the event of a short.
