sheet metal intake manifold

For people that may be interrested we are recieving the prototype of the new sheet metal intake manifold we had made for us this week after the unit is test fitted and checked we will start production of them ASAP please refer to the website for CAD drawings and upcoming pics of this unit. thanks

wow, sheet metal, that is pretty amazing. i guess i am not real educated on the different grades of sheet metal. i always thought that it was real thin and only one size. can you give some more info on this new design? thanks.

Sheet metal+intake manifold sounds like a odd combination but that's just me

its made out of aluminum sheet metal same as a venom is and most aftermarket manufacturers

sheet metal intake mani's are nothing new. My friend told me they make one for Evo's.

well my friend sheet metal intake manifolds are something new for the ka24de seeing as no one the U.S. has a production model of one ready for mass sale and distribution.

Why would the intake mani be only for tubo apps? Wouldn't it be used in both FI and NA applications?

I meant that as in "are they only making one for turbo apps" since they have their own turbo kit. Plus I would think that flow specs are different between an NA and a boosted engine.

Better flow is better for both types isnt it? It gives a broader torque band. But it'll kill the low end torque we all have learned to love.

Obviously better flow is better. I'm talking about the fact that over my time I've seen mostly highly tuned turbo cars using sheet metal intake manifolds, so I was asking if they made this sheet metal intake manifold to work for their turbo kit.
