So the debate is.. did he spin out due to tail braking.. or did he e-brake it. Look at pictures 2, 6, and 7 and it should give you more clues.

trail-braking~ look at the skid marks. There's only one set for the front wheels that he locked up. You're giving him too much credit to think that he'd actually think to pull his e-brake to try and stop faster. BTW awesome post though, that **** just made my day~ LOL.

*edit* actually not so much trail braking as slamming on the brakes at the wrong time~ do that at the apex in any fwd car and it's pretty easy to spin it.

looks to me that when his back end started to come out he gave it more brakes and cause the car to completely do an 180 in this picture it shows that the back tire marks are BOLD and then fade out before impact so that might show at that bold spot is when the 180 was happening
Plus if he e-braked there should be 2 rear tire marks almost simular but i only see one

if im wrong then

that's a good point and you're probably right~ but then again you can still spin that car without pulling the e-brake~ and doesn't abs get disabled if you don't keep your foot down the whole time?

not sure about the abs thing but if you want you can go into a turn at 50+ and hit the brake's so they lock (with abs it'll be pretty hard) and try to take a turn

yeah it an't happaning

no it's not.. all honda's are FR. duh.

i'd imagine he just took it too fast, suspension and tires gave out, he spun, hit the car.. the end.. why do you think he ebraked it?

He is going too fast, he brakes at the wrong time while turning, weight goes to the front, tail gets loose since ur turning.

Its a FF, all the weight up front, tail comes out.

Being an unexperianced driver he brakes more, driving all the weight to the front, leaving the rear tires with no ability to do their job.

Car spins out. No ebrake req'd.

in my proffesional opinion and according to the astronomical calculations based on the data gathered by the degree of the corner and the weight bias of the vehicle i conclude that he crashed presicely because he is a fu<king dumbass

Like the ORIGINAL poster stated, he could not see the car when it was braking and it was already dedicated to the corner. He obviously wasn't taught not to hit the brakes in the middle of a corner especially when he's doing 70+mph....

well you kinda have to hit the brakes no matter what... what would the alternative be? NOT hit the brakes? fly off the turn/cliff at 60 mph+? obviously u should never find yourself in the situation of flying around a blind curve in traffic on a public road at that speed, but I suppose best case scenario would be to slam the brakes while maintaining enough control of the car to minimize damage...
