Spec V Wheels on S13

Yeah, I searched ALL the 240 forums for about 30 minutes, found nothing. I'm looking for a picture of the 04-05 Sentra Spec V wheels on a 240sx. I've seen a few pictures of the 02-03 Spec V wheels on a 240, which doesn't look bad, but I'm curious about 04-05 wheels on an S13.

I like the wheels on my 04 Spec, and think they would look good on a 240. If anyone has any pictures, let me know!

Or, if someone just wants to do a photoshop, I could provide some pictures.

Thanks!

UUUHHH I'm pretty shure that the offset on FF is different than FR I don't think it will work. Your dealing with a completely different suspension as well as different axles. I don't think it will work. 350z rims on the other hand will.

I'm pretty sure it will, seeing as how 02-03 Spec V wheels fit right on, and the 04-05 wheels have a larger offset (+42) to clear the Brembo brakes my car has.

If the offset is too wide you will dip into your wheel wells. typical s13 offset is between 30~38 at 40 it's pushin it. My 5zigens are offset at 30. You may want to check the clearance.

I think these are the wheels you're talking about:

BTW if I remember correctly when I was working on an SE-R with coilovers, the wheels are either +40 or +45.

Those are the 02-03 Spec V wheels. I changed my mind about the potential of using the 04-05 wheels anyway, as they are 25lbs and not really worth the trouble to begin with.

At least they look good. Here's a picture of my Spec with them on.

Edit: For future reference, these wheels have a +42 offset.

both 02-03 and 04-05 are the same dimensions though, right (offset, width, diameter) just different styling?

4x114.3. 17"x7.5". I am not sure of the offset on the 02-03s, but I know they won't fit over the Brembo brakes. The offset on the 04-05s is +42.

Then again back to the "why put FF wheels on an FR car" idea

Gee well it's funny how you were laughing at me....
Why don't you test the theory and slam your rims on really quick, drive it around and tell us how good that steering is.
I already experimented on 93 senta se-r rims on a datsun 510, it sucked ***, to put it bluntly.
It's also funny how brembo's and 300z brakes fit just fine with my 30mm offset. Go to PDM's web site if you don't believe it, they used the 5zigens with brembo four lug, and 300z caliper conversion.
