steering knuckle

Ok, some of you may rememeber my story of me running into a curb and the mechanic telling me I had a bent steering knuckle. Well, i went to the junkyard and bought a steering knuckle and I compared the two. It didn't look like it was bent at all, but I could be wrong, since the "bent" one is still attached to the car.

Anyways, I'm currently deciding whether or not to pay the guy 200 bucks to change the steering knuckle and fix my alignment. Last week, when I went to him with a totally f'd up alignment, he re-adjusted it for free so I could drive it around for a bit so I could get through finals. It still needed a real alignment job done to it cuz it pulled hard to the right.

I hope that this guy knows what he's talking about, because it would be gay if my steering knuckle really wasn't bent and all I needed was fix my alignment.

How bout you fix ur alignment first, thennnn see if the problem really was ur steering knuckle. The thing with your steering is that It can be messed up, and You cant even see it.
