its been blinking for awhile and it started blinking for no reason at all

i finally got tired of it n looked in the FSM
it told me to have the car in off mode with the key in the ignition
then turn it to the on mode without starting the car
then within 7 seconds push the door open/close sensor button on the side at least 5 times
then it will be in diagnostic mode and compare the number of blinks to the chart .5 seconds of it on and .5 seconds of it off counts as 1 blink
the chart only goes up to 8 blinks, and my car happened to jus not stop blinking at all, non stop for a few minutes, so i gave up on that

i jus turn off my car and turn it back on jus to check if that lil bit of playing around with it turned off the light (yea i do that alot hoping i get lucky)

all of a sudden its off, so happy , i called 4 dealerships and jus for a diagnostic gave me prices from $50 to $90 no including repairs

stupid car was about to cost me money for no reason
