which tailight conversion is this??

which tailight conversion is this??

I'm thinking it's the R32 conversion but I just wanna make sure.....

its a R32 look a like conversion, its just fiberglass overlay over the stock taillights i think.

like you said, it looks like the type-x tails with an overlay, but it could also be a custom conversion...the world may never know...

im pretty sure its just an overlay of the stock taillights, because the R32 taillights dont have that thingy in between the two cirlces, and they also dont have the middle section.

So with that evidence, my best guess is:

R32 tailights, with the outside modified to fit into an S13 HB rear end.

I was at the store today and was looking at magazines and the new issue of IMPORT magazine has this exact car

the owner says that he tried to do a KRSP13 tailight conversion but they were too hard to find so he settled for the modified R32 tailights...

I am pretty sure they are the type-x tails with the Fiberglass overlay by "One-Line" out of Japan. I have R32 tails in mine and they are no way close to looking like that.

Just my 2 cents...........
