I really want a short shifter but B&M and C's are too expensive. Does anybody have any good experience with cheaper short shifter like OBX or Ebay sutff?

 

I have to admit I have a OBX shifter. I've had it for about 4 years now and I haven't had any issues with it at all. Since driving that for a while and then driving a stock 240 (friends), it feels like the throw is less than half of stock. So since I've had no problems with it I would recommend it.

 

I have OBX as well. I've had it for a couple months and it works great. My only complaint is that it came with no instructions and I didn't know wtf I was doing for like 2 hours, I eventually found instructions on Zilvia.net and then I finished installation in like 10 minutes.

 

Don't be cheap on parts. Good parts aren't cheap, and cheap parts aren't good. Check my thread in the drivetrain for my B&M install.

 

well OBX is still a brand..... I guess.

I got it for 79.99 plus shipping on ebay, forgot seller name. Very good quality, solid feel, shifts are very short.
