thats about it i guess. i'm sure theres more...but really who doesn't have something wrong with their car right?

 

heres an updated list of things wrong with my car.

1)still the brake lights arent working right
2)oil leaking, probably power steering fluid. Its a very small leak.
3)a/c needs a can of r-12. Miraculously it still blows cold after 14 years.
4)No VLSD
5)Its black and has clearcoat fade
Ummmm.... ill think of more later

 

1. Needs new paint so, SO bad
2. Dents need to be pulled out/fixed
3. Oil leak somewhere...who knows where
4. It has pinstripes, that are torn and cracked

 

89 Coupe

Things that are wrong in everyone's mind:
- Single cam feels like its dying (probably low compression)
- Burns oil
- Overdrive turns on and off on its own (VERY annoying)
- Paint is faded in certain areas
- Has some rust (not too bad, but I hate rust)
- Dash is cracked
- HUD very rarely works
- AC doesn't blow cold/AC Fan motor is dead
- Minor dent in the driver side fender
- Cover for the sunroof is quite on track
- Check engine light is on
- Has an exhaust leak somewhere
- Rear window tint was removed properly
- Rubber strip around the rear window wasn't replaced right, so I had to seal it with Permatex.
- Rear defrost doesn't work
- Passenger side window switch only rolls the window down, so I have to roll it up from the driver's side.
- CD player and dash clock have no memory
- Trunk and gas cap cover release lever is disconnected
- Steering wheel shakes/brake pedal pulses (warped rotors)


Things that are wrong in MY mind:
- Single-cam
- Automatic
- The paint color can best be described as "dry semen with a touch of urine"
- Open-diff
- Sounds like complete ****
- Interior is brown
- Needs a better head unit
- Understeers too much
- Needs better tires (maybe even rims)
- Pignose front end is fugly

Things I've fixed:
- Water pump blew out (fixed)
- Fan clutch dead (replaced)

Holy crap. I never realized how much was wrong with it until jsut now. lol

I have a twin-cam from a 95 240, a 5 speed, an R33 GTS-T LSD, a kouki front bumper, and a 2.5 inch custom catback ready to be swapped in. Just need the time to do it...

 

well my car now has no compression. time to rebuild the RB

No insurance
Wheels wont be here for 6-8 weeks
Need some frame and wheel well lip rust repaired
No radio(not realy a problem

I haven't driving it since November

 

i haven't driven mine since mid august. no time to find what's causing the short in the alternator. i've had to exchange the alternator twice already. summer time is coming though, so it should be easier to work on without the rain and the cold weather.

 

let's see, gears grind, rear subframe bushings are shot, paint isn't blended in a few places, wheels are bent and sunken, stock springs on agx shocks (not low), turbo and other parts are sitting in a box instead of on teh ka oh, and the interior bits rattle

shifter gasket leaks
no power steering
rattles out the a$$

tired suspension

NOT ENOUGH MONEY

8) SITTING ON 3 RIMS, 1 steelie; other was destroyed in wreck
9) Leaks oil from God knows where...
10) 211,xxx miles
11) needs alignment (obviously from rim situation)

Plus'
1) brand new 2 tone pearescent paintjob done by me, along with any and all other work done to the car.
2) subtle body mods: shaved 3rd brake light and antenae hole, cut out center grill in front bumper
3) body in PRISTINE condition (now)
4)....Um, wow... that's all I can think of, how sad....

 

well im new to this forum as you can tell and what better way to introduce myself than to tell you how messed my car is..

91 coupe

cracked windshield
161k miles
cracked radiator
2 massive cracks in dash
peeling steering wheel
busted gauge cluster
left fender with 1billion tiny dents
passanger seat appears to have poop stains?(idc I dont sit there )

that's it..for now.

 

Mine:
-Front bumper cracked in several places
-Passenger window doesn't go down and sits too high so I have to wedge it into the frame every time I want to close the door
-Previous owner took the stock spoiler off and used the wrong kind of paint to repaint the hatch
-Rear defrost doesn't work
-The Previous owner painted the valve cover pink
-Rip in my driver's seat (typical)
-A/C barely works, I need to fix the tubing under the dashboard because the middle vents barely flow any air out.
-Missing the rear decklid
-The hatch floor thing is torn up badly
-It needs paint
-Nice rear tires (I slide everywhere in the rain)
-I need to replace the bulbs in the the third brake light
-The cloth on the glovebox is in horrible condition

Haha, I better get to work.

 

I'm missing that cup thing behind the driver's side interior door handle.

 

my key dosnt open the trunk.

ohh and the front of my car is totaled, no i didnt do it trying to be drifter guy, i got it like that for 500 bucks. IT RUNS
