Thinkin about picking up an s14, what do you think?

Well I am thinkin about picking up an s14 and basically its a 95 with a kouki front end and kit with an rb25det in it. It currently doesn't run because it doesnt get spark, but he wants 8k for it as it sits. Here are some pics. I guess my question is how hard is it to diagnose and fix electrical problems with the rb 25? Thanks.

8k sounds a liitle steep though. wether its got a lot done or not...cars with mods dont really carry value

i would buy it though

95 zenki :$3000
Kouki vert :$1000
Rb 25 :$2500
HUGE turbo,
over manifold:$1000+
Body kit: $800
rims and lowered:$1000-1500
No Labor: priceless
IMO I think its well worth it, if he sells you a lemon...there is a law. Make sure when you buy it that you state on the bill of sale that it doesnt spark, don't put non-running.
