Told you I wasn't a thief

Here's pix of my stuff....I'm not out to screw people over as I have said time and time again...on my road to recovery and paying back those who are owed.

I have one RB25DET clip...so clean that it looks like it came off of a showroom floor. Beautiful clip...it's an auto with a spare 5 speed manual tranny. The customer who this clip belongs to is asking me to sell it for him so that he can have his money back and move on to other things. He is asking $3700 for the complete clip...email me and I'd be more than happy to send you pix of it.

congrats, guy. i'm happy for u. hopefully, this will clear the way for more business for u in the future. not to mention, it may help to bolster faith in those legitimately starting up import businesses. be sure to also post the responses from the guys @ NICO and az********** (or whomever else is currently awating stuff). i'm sure that will also help to clear up any misconceptions about u and ur company.

Can someone fill me in? I've been away for a while. Night was the resident RB nut when I left, now he's apologizing. What happened in between.

I'm not trying to stir stuff up, it's just that this thread is kind of confusing without knowing the context.

justin, go to NICO to the RB area and You will know what happened. In short, Night didnt have the clips in time to ship and he kept on holding off the date because he was getting dicked by his shipping company and yea...people dont trust him blah blah blah.

I don't know of anyone selling import engines that this hasn't happened to at some point. I remember when the SR's first started getting brought over here - the mailing lists (there weren't forums yet) were just full of people cursing the importers. You've got to be brave and thick-skinned to sell directly to the public.

Boats and US Customs don't run on very quick schedules. I'm sure he'll be a lot more conservative in quoting lead times from now on.

Doing business is always touchy. You do a hundred good things, someone maybe says one thing. **** happens once and suddenly it's the worst thing in the world.

The problem was that I was going through a supplier here in the states that was giving me dates on when my stuff would arrive, so I pre-sold it. He never got my stuff in or lied to me about shipping it out and people lost faith and trust in me...I flew to Japan, got a supplier and am now fixing the situation that has been a long time coming.
