Totalled :(

So I was coming home after driving around all day and was about 30 seconds from being home when it happened. Some deer ran out from the bushes and in front of my car so I tried to avoid them. I lost control and hit a curb which sent me into the side of a hill. I bought the car on the 1st of October from the original owner and it was in PERFECT condition. I'm sad to see it go. I need advice though. The insurance put me at fault for the accident and since I've only had my license since the 6th of October I am trying to fight their decision. Does anyone know what I need to do to get them to make it a no fault accident?? Thanks guys.

First off you will be at fault due to your age. Secondly if you wreck your car, with no other drivers involved it is and will be your fault.
It is also a point on your lisence.
Assuming that you live in the 510 (el cerrito, piedmont, montclair, and Grizzley Peak) I know how that deer shiat happens. When me and a few of the boy's hit the touge there are deer that come out and just want to get hit. My word of advice for next time.
Don't hit the brakes, run over the deer head on, let that deer know how stupid it was.

since you are at fault and whatnot try to get the car back and part it out. you can sell that engine for about 400.
sorry to hear about your loss. and since you're local, how much do you want for that hatch?

in an accident involving an animal if you swerve it's your fault. at least that's what i've always heard.

I would love to part it out for everyone cuz the interior is FLAWLESS. The only problem is both doors are stuck shut and well the car is already going to auction The engine runs really smooth and has about 119500 on it. Clutch/Flywheel/Pressure Plate has 30k. If you're in the Bay Area you might wanna try to track in down in a few weeks.
