Towing

I hope this didnt post twice....

Anyway I was wondering what forms of towing are ok for a 240. I need to tow my 95 5spd, and im wondering if using a tow bar will be ok. I know some rear wheel drive cars need to have the drive shaft disconnected if you are towing over 50 miles.

im going to tow my truck and was too lookign for the forms of towing for it.. i was hoping also for any help.. thanks a lot.
