Upgrade rear sway bar only?

I have a 1993 S13 Hatchback mainly for drifting.

Currently I have:

Eibach Sportlines Springs
Tokico Blues Shock Absorbers

I am thinking of just upgrading the rear sway with Tanabe rear sway bar.

So, I will have Front bar 24mm and 22 mm in the rear. Do you think this is good idea?

If I were to upgrade both bars, I will get Suspension Techniques Front and Rear Sway Bar. Do they come with the stock endlink bushings and the bracket bushings?

In the near future, I will get:
Energy supspension Rack and Pinion Bushings Set
Megan Street Coilover (With the coilover, do you think I should just keep the two stock sway bars and replace the sway bar bushing?)
Tein Tie Rod and Tie Rod End
SPL PRO V2 tension rods
Rear Tanabe Sustec Strut Tower Bar

If I were to do adjustment for the rear suspension, I will get:

Megan rear upper control arms (RUCA)
Megan Rear Toe Arms
Megan rear traction rods

What do you think of this setup for drifting?

Thanks!

I want to increase the steering response. There is dead spot with my steering.

I know I should replace:

Rack and Pinion Bushing (ordered from Energy Suspension; waiting for the part)
Aluminum Steering Bushing
Tie rods + Tie rod ends
Tension rod

What else should I do? I know I can get HICAS steering rack for quicker ratio, but it is over my budget.

Thanks!
